Message +1 for Bugzilla.

As long as it operates as required. otherwise I would vote to staying
at tigris.org with Issuezilla.
While I think it is desirable to have "all" parts at Apache - we
should ensure that we don't lose any functionality.
(Of course I am not saying that we will.)
